What is the product used for?
Sodium Ascorbate may be used for the treatment of scurvy (vitamin C deficiency).
What is in the product?
Sodium ascorbate is a very faintly yellow crystalline powder encapsulated in vegee cap of HPMC dark green cap and body size zero. Each capsule contains 568.18 mg of active ingredient Sodium Ascorbate.
How much and how often should you use this product?
Your doctor has decided the dose which is best for you. Always follow your doctor’s instructions exactly and those on the pharmacy label.
The usual dosage(s) are described below:
- For daily maintenance, take 1 to 2 capsules daily.
- For cold symptoms, take 3 to 4 capsules daily.
- Or, as prescribed by your physician.
