  1. Anyone who shops at participating drugstores can join.
  2. Buy 5 pieces of any of these products to get 1 raffle entry:

    • MUSKELAX TABLETS
    • MYRACOF TABLETS
    • MAXVIT CAPSULES
  3. Fill out the back of your receipt with:
    • Complete Name:
    • Contact Number:
    • Address:
    • Signature:
    • Name of the pharmacy clerk or pharmacist:
    • Name and location of the pharmacy:
  4. Promo runs from June 1, 2024 to October 31, 2024. Similarly, receipts must be dated within the promo period to qualify.
  5. Drop your receipt in the promo box at participating branches.
  6. You can get up to 5 raffle coupons per day per product.
  7. Employees of participating drugstores and close relatives upto 2nd degree of affinity are disqualified from joining.
  8. By joining, you agree to the promo's terms and conditions:
    • You've read and agree to the rules.
    • Drugstore will handle your information according to its privacy policy.
  9. There will be 27 winners of home appliances and cash prizes.
  10. Only customers with valid information on their receipts or raffle coupons can win.
  11. Each customer can only win once; if your name is drawn more than once, you lose extra chances.
  12. The raffle draw will be done within 60 days after the promo ends.
