Formulation

Each mL contains:
Oxofloxacin	3 mg (0.3%)
Sodium chloride	9 mg (0.9%)
Benzalkonium chloride solution (10%)	0.25 uL (0.025 mg Benzalkonium chloride)
Dilute hydrochloric acid	q.s to adjust pH to 5.5 to 5.7
Sodium hydroxide	q.s to adjust pH to 6 to7
Sterile purified water
