Flotera® can be taken with or without food. The conditions of which Flotera® is taken are not critical. It is more important that Flotera® is taken on a regular basis and at a time of the day that is suitable for you.
• Store at temperatures not exceeding 25ºC. Product may be stored in the refrigerator.
• Opened Flotera® Drops should be used within 3 months.
• Avoid contact with water when storing the product.
The recommended daily dose is 100 million live bacteria (CFU or colony-forming units) across all target age groups – children and adults. You get this dose by consuming 1 Flotera® Chewable Tablet or 5 drops of Flotera® Drops or 1 minipack of Flotera® Powder.
Flotera® does not contain milk, gluten, egg, peanuts, tree nuts, fish, shellfish, and soy.
• Use 5 drops once daily. Shake well before use
• Turn the bottle to a 45-degree angle to slowly form the drops

Yes, Flotera® chewable tablets are safe for crushing. Be gentle with grinding the chewable tablets as high heat might damage the bacteria.
