ELIGIBILITY AND QUALIFICATIONS

The Promo is open to Participants aged 18 and above at participating stores.

Promo runs from April 1 to December 31, 2024.

Participants get 1 point for every P20 minimum purchase of participating UNILAB OTC products (1 point is equivalent to PHP1).

By buying participating products, the customer confirms:
- They've read and agreed to the Promo mechanics.
- UNILAB, Inc. [Organizer] can identify them as Participants through any medium.
- They hold the Organizer harmless from any claims related to their participation.
- They'll share personal information to UNILAB, Inc., its respective subsidiaries, affiliates, and associated companies (collectively “Unilab Group”) to use and manage their data for marketing purposes.
- UNILAB, Inc. and our respective subsidiaries, affiliates, and associated companies (collectively “Unilab Group”) can collect, store, and process personal information in accordance with the mandate of the Data Privacy Act of 2012.
- Organizer may use and reproduce materials without being entitled to compensation.
- Organizer is not liable for unauthorized use of materials by third parties.

Customers, by purchasing Participating Products, agree to the terms and conditions.
- Purchase any participating product from participating stores.
- Earn points for each participating SKU bought.
- Redeem points for freebies by uploading the receipt to the Alagang UNILAB Rewards Chatbot.

Customers, by purchasing Participating Products, agree to the conditions of the rewards and redemption.
- Earning of points applies to non-promo items only. Promo-packs are excluded.
- Customer can only upload up to a maximum of 3 receipts per day.
- Customer can redeem a maximum of 500 points per store per month.
- The validity of receipts upload is 30 days from the transaction date.
- The points will expire after 18 months of inactivity by the customer.

DESCRIPTION OF PROCEDURES
Customers may participate by:-
Purchasing any participating UNILAB products from participating stores.

Scanning the QR code, or going to Alagang UNILAB Rewards on FB Messenger

Following the opt-in procedure.
- Clicking 'Get Started' and consenting to Promo Mechanics.
- Agreeing to terms and conditions, clicking 'Send a Receipt'.
- Opting in and agreeing with UNILAB Privacy Policy, Terms, and Conditions, entering mobile number for OTP.
- Receiving and entering OTP, then taking a photo of the receipt.

The bot will validate and provide a summary of the purchase and points earned.

ALAGANG UNILAB Rewards will check if the receipt is valid and guide accordingly.

Based on accumulated points, Alagang UNILAB Rewards will offer eligible redemption options.

Consumers may click 'Redeem Reward' or choose 'Redeem Later' with a monthly redemption cap of 500 points per customer per store.

Once the Participant clicks 'Redeem Reward', instructions for claiming the prize are provided.
UNILAB, Inc. will review user data from the Promo asset, extract a list of qualified users with complete profiles, and disburse prizes accordingly.PARTICIPATING DRUGSTORES

UNILAB, Inc., its affiliates, and related parties, including officers, directors, employees, shareholders, representatives, or agents, are not liable for any damages or losses resulting from the misuse of the provided products/free items.

UNILAB, Inc. may cancel, discontinue, or suspend the Promotion without any notice due to force majeure events or factors beyond its control, such as but not limited to tampering, unauthorized intervention, or any other causes affecting fairness and integrity.

UNILAB, Inc. has the right to disqualify Participants not entitled to redeem free items based on Promo mechanics. UNILAB, Inc.'s decision is final.

UNILAB, Inc.’s decision to cancel, discontinue, or suspend the Promotion is absolute, and no dialogue will be entertained regarding such decisions.
