Yes, there is a minimum P20 purchase of participating products required to start earning 1 point.

You get 1 point for every P20 minimum purchase of participating Unilab over-the-counter (OTC) products. 1 point is equivalent to PHP1.

The promo is open to participants aged 18 and above who purchased participating Unilab over-the-counter (OTC) products at participating stores.

The promo runs from April 1, 2024, to December 31, 2024. Per DOH-FDA-CDRR Permit No. 0389 s. 2024

Only participating products and receipts scanned from the participating stores are eligible to this promotion.
 

Promo packs are excluded from earning points. Only regular non-promo items will earn points.

Receipts need to be clear and legible, including details like store name, purchased products, and date to allow proper validation.

No, Unilab, Inc., its affiliates, and related parties are not liable for any damages or losses resulting from the misuse of the provided products/redeemed items.

The validity of receipt uploads is 30 days from the transaction date.

You can redeem various rewards such as GCash, Maya e-wallets, e-loads, and Unilab merchandise like umbrellas, bags, and water bottles based on the minimum point requirements specified.

1. Based on the current no. of points the Consumer has accumulated, Alagang Unilab Rewards will then provide the Consumer with options on the rewards he/she is eligible to redeem 

2. Consumer may opt to click “Redeem Reward” upon confirming his/her chosen reward, or choose “Redeem Later” to store his/her reward points for later redemption. 

3. A limit on the redemption cap of 500 points monthly per customer per month per store. 

4. Once the Consumer clicks on Redeem Reward, the Consumer is given instructions by Alagang Unilab Rewards on how to claim his/her prize is instant rewards, or details of the giveaway or raffle promo that the Consumer has joined, if the Consumer chooses to join a raffle or a giveaway.

Yes, you can redeem a maximum of 500 points per store per month.

Once your request has been submitted, for eGifts (Gcash and Maya) are usually processed instantly. Make sure that your GCash or Maya account is fully verified to get the rewards. For the exclusive items and gadgets, it can take 5-10 business days including account verification and the location of delivery.

There is a monthly raffle where 10 winners will be selected to win Unilab merchandise like umbrellas, bags, and water bottles. Exchange 20 points to get 1 raffle entry.

Winners will be notified by the Unilab Consumer Care Center Associates via email and/or mobile number.

No, promo packs are excluded from earning points in this promo.

You can participate only by in-store purchases from participating stores. Online or e-commerce purchases do not qualify in this promotion.

You may visit the Unilab Website and Facebook page to see which are the participating stores. You may also check if there are specially marked packs with QR codes in the store of your choice.

Yes, the points will expire after 18 months of inactivity by the customer.

If your account is inactive for 18 months, the accumulated points will expire.

The Alagang Rewards chatbot should provide a summary of your points earned and eligible redemption options.
